Niken Construction is a company that strives to achieve a quality finished project that is to the client’s satisfaction and one that we can all be proud of for many years.
Niken will on all contracts have a pre start meeting with all parties concerned to establish that we all understand what is involved in delivering a quality project. This meeting will enable all involved to raise any concerns as to the build and if alternative products to the same high specification can be used which may reduce the cost of the build to the client.
We have regular meetings on site with the client and project management team. This will then let the client see progress and the way we work. Our Contract Manager will produce a programme of works to all parties so we can strive to stay on target with the dates set in this programme.
Niken as an organisation will only use local supply chains for sub-contractors and suppliers.
We have all the relevant Health and Safety policies in place and hold Construction line, Chas accreditations and are NHBC registered. We can if requested provide references.
Niken Construction will always only undertake projects they know they can complete on time and also for the contract value stated with no hidden extras and to a very high standard.
All our main site personnel are DBS security checked and all carry CSCS approval cards.
